Joint Submission ULL Coc LDI LHBA re Timing of Release of Agendas

Citizens (and even councillors themselves) need enough time to access, read and comprehend Council and Committee agendas before meetings.  It’s a matter of transparency and fairness.  The League joined with the Chamber of Commerce, the London Development Institute and the London Home Builders Association in drawing the attention of Council to the fact that it must do a better job at providing enough lead time.
